Vinyl Album Cover Re-design

For this project, we had to re-design an album cover in the format of a vinyl. I chose one of my favorite artists, Adrianne Lenker's album Bright Future. This album is an alternative folk album and has a raw, organic feel, balancing folk with subtle experimental layers. I wanted to create a cover that matched that vibe. I used organic but abstract shapes balancing them with pastels. The songs are sorrowful, so I added a broken flower and a tear-drop to resemble this.
