Miami University Luxembourg Foundation Website
During my final semester at Miami University, I worked on a 40-person interdisciplinary capstone project for the Miami University Luxembourg Foundation (MULF). As a member of a six-person design team, I helped lead project management efforts while balancing client goals, user needs, and team collaboration throughout the website design and development process.
Our team delivered a fully functional website along with comprehensive design and marketing plans that the foundation can continue to use beyond the project's completion. Because the capstone consisted of eight specialized teams, effective communication was critical. I served as a liaison between teams and the client, coordinating information, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring that decisions, feedback, and project updates were communicated clearly and efficiently.
This role strengthened my ability to manage complex projects, navigate cross-functional collaboration, and translate client objectives into actionable design solutions. Through working directly with stakeholders and coordinating across multiple teams, I gained valuable experience in strategic planning, client communication, and creating digital experiences that balance business goals with user-centered design principles.
